*regular Sunday night group meditation
*exploring a range of different meditation practices with a contemporary, inclusive and practical approach
*visiting guest teachers and facilitators to share their meditation practice, knowledge and support
*a focus on calming, relaxing and effortless meditation
*providing an opportunity (and encouragement) to start a regular meditation ‘habit’

As a guide, you can expect two 20 minute guided meditations with some short instruction and an opportunity at the end for some general Q&A. This will be a space to step away from the noise and busyness of the outside world, and be supported and guided to a place of inner peacefulness and calm .. so that you leave feeling relaxed, entered, refreshed and reconnected.
As our group continues to grow we suggest that you bring your own meditation cushion, bolster or general cushion from home (so you are comfortable). We do have sufficient chairs for those who prefer to be seated in a chair for meditation.
We also suggest that you dress comfortable, but warmly, and a shawl or light blanket can be wonderful as well.
