* 31 Day Quiet Mind Meditation eCourse starting 1/10

Start at the beginning with a daily email of instructions, tips and support.  Establish a solid foundation of knowledge on the basics of meditation and begin with just a few minutes each day starting with a meditative exercise.  We shall provide the support and guidance to gently expand your meditation to a personal daily practice over the course of 31 days. * 6-week Exploring Meditation course

Location: Brighton, VIC
Dates: Tue 4 Oct – 15 Nov (7 – 8.30pm)

Meeting once each week (Tuesday nights) we shall explore a range of different meditation techniques .. so that you can find the practice that best suits YOU! Each week we learn a new meditative exercise (for immediate stress relief) and a longer guided meditation, with class notes each week and plenty of meditation practice. * FREE Introduction to SEED® Meditation

Bringing the SEED Meditation® method to Australia. This is a FREE introduction to the Simple, Easy, Every Day Meditation method that is taught by Sarah McLean, founder of the McLean Meditation Institute. What is meditation (and what it isn’t), the 5 Essentials for a successful meditation, and an intro to PeacefinderTM Practices: What to Do When You Are Stressed at Work. * Bliss Bomb Spring Retreat

Venue: Prahran, VIC

Following the season of Spring this is our second urban yoga and meditation retreat in Prahran (Melbourne).  Be led by myself and the amazing yoga teacher Jennifer Ellinghaus .. think yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), meditation and mindfulness techniques, and a deep, guided yoga nidra to finish the day and plant the seed of positive change. * Ihana Post Grad Program

Venue: Ihana Yoga, St Kilda studio
Ihana Yoga’s Post Graduate Yoga Teacher Training is a 150h level training registered with Yoga Australia. It consists of 110h contact hours (90h lectures + 20h practicum) and 40h of non-contact hours of self-study and research. There are four meditation modules that cover: the art and science of meditation, principles of teaching meditation, practical class facilitation and the business of meditation.
