Guided meditations are a great tool for supporting our meditation practice. Sometimes it is wonderful to just ‘let go’ and allow someone to guide us. When listening to someone speak to us, as in a guided meditation, there is an element of being respectful and paying attention, and so, for a short time the mind will let go of its need to be the one in the driving seat.
Find the Stillness CD has 2 longer guided practices: Breath Awareness (15:40 minutes) and Body Awareness (33 minutes) along with 2 Meditative Exercises, each of approx. 4 minutes, which are designed for immediate stress relief. You can’t go wrong with both the long and the short of meditation on one CD!

Sarah first experienced meditation as a teenager. That first profound experience touched and inspired her, and she developed a passionate interest in meditation that has seen her practice continue for almost 30 years.
