A few weeks ago I had a local Council contact me, to discuss organising some suitable meditation and mindfulness programs for their staff as part Mental Health Week and their ongoing Mindfulness Month.  What a brilliant initiative!

Along with a couple of lunchtime workshops (that were a great success) there was a request for some guided audio mindfulness exercises that could be played to staff each morning, across the month of October.

And so was born the Mindful Moments audio series

The Mindful Moment exercises are a wonderful opportunity to:

PAUSE

and be

MINDFUL

in the

MOMENT

These exercises may only take a few minutes .. but by stepping away from the noise and busyness you are truly honouring your own wellbeing, allowing your mind and body to rest and refresh, and also developing greater self-awareness to your thoughts, feelings and behaviours which undermine your emotional, physical and spiritual health.

SO .. for the month of NOVEMBER, each Tuesday there will be a new Mindful Moment audio here on the blog for you to listen to .. a moment to pause and relax, and to start cultivating a greater awareness of mind and body.

Being a mindful person is probably the best way to find balance in life.  When you are mindful you are truly living in the present moment, and this is where life is happening!

These guided exercises will take only FIVE MINUTES .. but they have immense power in bringing greater calm, ease and sense of connection to our life.
