I LOVE SPRING

I love the whole everything about Spring.  I love the blue skies, the sunshine and the joyful bursts of nature in the garden, I also love the symbolism .. fresh starts, new beginnings and rebirth.  Plus, each day, I have a potent visual reminder of the abundance of life, of prosperity and potential and spirit.

Spring is the season for: renewed energy, expanded possibility and the promise that everything can begin anew!

And wow have I been busy since turning over the calendar this month.

So .. I have a few big announcements to share with you tonight (drum roll):

#1 Welcome to Beach Lane

I have recently found a beautiful new, heart-cantered community, and venue for classes, at BEACH LANE which is located on Nepean Highway, Carrum (Melbourne bayside).  

Beach Lane Meditation SEED MethodThis is such a beautiful space, right on the beach, with a mission tofoster creative community, artistic works and support entrepreneurial start-up ventures‘.

Onsite there is also ‘The Wholesome Nest’ cafe, the dreamy retail store ‘iluka’, and varied spaces for yoga, meditation, events and workshops.  I shall be running the SEED Meditation classes in a space called The Library (which looks just like it sounds) .. where we will be surrounded by books and comfortably seated in a range of armchairs and cushions.

#2 BEACH LANE SPRING FESTIVAL

Part of the Beach Lane ethos is to host a seasonal celebration for the local community.  The seasonal festival offer a weekend of fun and engaging activities, where you can sample some of the classes and meet some of the talented practitioners and teachers.

Beach Lane Spring FestivalThe Spring Festival happens across the weekend 7-9 OCTOBER .. with a two-day outdoor MARKET in the beach front backyard with hand selected local marketeers and artisans over Saturday and Sunday.

I will be offering a FREE introduction to the SEED Meditation® Method at the Festival on Saturday 8 October – 11.30-12.30pm – BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL (Limited spaces available)

#3 SEED Meditation®Method 

SEED Meditation MethodI am super excited to share the SEED Meditation® Method for the first time in Australia. Bringing together a collection of powerful time-tested practices that are simple-to-do and use every day, this meditation practice helps manage stress, improve wellbeing and enhance life.  This four-week course is designed to give beginners all they need to practice meditation at home, but will also be a great opportunity for experienced meditators to renew their passion, and support those who have fallen out of practice.  Click on the link below to find out more and book your seat.

SEED Meditation

If you have been following my journey this year, you may recall that in January 2016, I completed a year-long teacher training program with the McLean Meditation Institute in Sedona AZ to become a Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, and SEED Meditation® Teacher.  The program of learning was challenging and inspiring, and finished with an eight-day  meditation intensive.  Given that I was in Sedona at the right time I then rolled into a three-day Meditation Symposium meeting a number of other SEED teachers.  So, I am excited to now be able to share this method with you!
