What could I offer that might help others finding this time challenging? well, it seemed like a live guided meditation might be helpful .. so that is where we started.

* 15-20minute guided meditation
* 5min introduction and 5min finish
*a range of meditation practices including mindfulness, breath awareness, and mantra
