A call to shift your attention for a moment, or a few moments, during your lunch break/day or week .. to cultivate deeper presence, connection, and mindfulness.

Life is busy. We are all busy. 

But a simple exercise that SHIFTS our awareness into the present moment can be empowering and life-changing, and possibly even .. enlightening!
