Our online 31 Day email based eCourse that can be done at home, the office .. or at the beach. This year the eCourse has been fully refreshed, is on a new technology platform (Thinkific) and has added video content and new guided meditations.

Exploring a range of different meditation practices, along with the ‘how’ and the ‘why’ of meditation, so you can find and start a personal practice that is right for you.
