Over the years, meditation has profoundly shaped my life, you can read more about my meditation journey here. A regular, daily meditation practice over some 35+ years has brought me a closeness to, and deeper sense, of inner calm, but also greater presence, and an expanded view of how I experience the world. Meditation has become the lens through which I filter daily life, and I’m passionate about sharing its benefits.
Whether you’re just beginning with meditation, or looking to deepen your practice, Exploring Meditation is the course that I designed to meet you – where you are. With a daily email and a daily guided meditation, you have an invitation to Pause. Rest + Refresh which is so vital in our fast-paced, noisy lives. Each day .. a moment of stillness. Each day .. a fresh insight and new experience. Each day .. an opportunity to release stress and nurture calm.
What to Expect
In this 40-day course, you’ll explore a range of meditation techniques rooted in Mindfulness and Mantra practices. Each day, you’ll receive a short, practical email with a guided audio meditation, starting with just 5 minutes and gradually extending to 20-30 minutes. We also offer a weekly live Zoom class where you can ask questions and meditate with the group.

Course Highlights
- Daily emails: Practical instructions and a guided meditation (audio) to support your journey.
- Weekly LIVE class: Join us on Zoom every Monday (7:00 pm – 8:00 pm Melbourne AEST) for group meditation and Q&A.
- Meditation Journal: Record your insights and track your progress with our Meditation Habit Tracker.
- Completion Guidebook: Upon finishing, receive a guidebook filled with journaling prompts and course content for continued support.
