Your Teacher:
Exploring Meditation is guided by Sarah Fletcher, a meditation teacher with over 30 years of personal practice and 15 years of teaching experience. This course is drawn from her own meditation journey, one shaped by wisdom from both contemporary and traditional teachers she has had the joy of sitting with. With a warm and down-to-earth approach, Sarah shares practical tools to help you create a meditation practice that feels authentic, accessible, and deeply nourishing.
