This course is drawn from her own meditation journey, one shaped by wisdom from both contemporary and traditional teachers she has had the joy of sitting with. With a warm and down-to-earth approach, Sarah shares practical tools to help you create a meditation practice that feels authentic, accessible, and deeply nourishing.
