During this hour-long class, we shall explore some of the wisdom of the season and the expansive practice of Gratitude .. starting with a breath practice or meditative exercise to settle and still the breath, a simple mindful movement exercise to connect the body with the energy of the season, and then settle into a guided meditation as our foundational seasonal practice.
