In meditation, we mirror the rhythm of the autumn trees, practising the gentle art of letting go. With each breath, we soften our hold … on tasks, identities, expectations, and the endless stream of thoughts. We release tension in the body, distractions of the mind, and the need to cling. And in this practice, we learn that true growth comes not from holding on, but from surrendering with grace.

Starting with a breath practice or meditative exercise to settle and still the breath, a simple mindful movement exercise to connect the body with the energy of the season, and then settling into a guided meditation as our foundational seasonal practice.
