Meditation in Tune with the Seasons
Seasonal Mindfulness is a meditation framework created from my own journey of 30+ years and inspired by my teachers (from both wisdom and contemporary traditions).
I am profoundly grateful to have had this inner awareness that my daily meditation can be supported and nourished by connecting with the rhythm of nature around me.
Our lives are most definitely shaped by the changing seasons, and our meditation practice(s) can also be greatly enriched by their energy. This is the foundation of the Seasonal Mindfulness classes – an offering that explores meditation and mindfulness, with the subtle yet powerful cycles of nature.
I invite you to gather with me, on the second Wednesday evening of each month, to pause, reflect, and tap into the wisdom nature offers us in every phase of the year. As the Earth shifts, so too does our inner world – and when we bring mindfulness to these transitions, we foster a deeper sense of harmony and connection with ourselves and the world around us.

Seasonal Meditation Online Classes
I would love to share some seasonal meditation with you .. and warmly invite you to breathe into the seasons with me.
Inside each of monthly seasonal class, focused on a seasonal theme, I will share a range of different meditation practices, mindfulness exercises, rituals, mindful movements and breath work .. inspired by my personal daily-ish practice each season.
During this hour-long class, we shall listen to ‘the wisdom of the season’ and explore a variety of practices aligned with our theme – starting with a breath practice to settle and quiet the breath, a simple mindful movement practice (Qigong inspired) to connect our body with the energy of the season, and then settle into a guided meditation as a foundational seasonal practice.
