I believe that meditation is a life skill that everyone can learn.
My own personal meditation practice began more than 30 years ago, and so meditation has been a constant guiding and supportive presence for most of my life. In 2009 I was drawn to start sharing my passion for meditation and started Quiet Mind Meditation.
My aim for Quiet Mind Meditation is to provide a space to inform, nourish and support your meditation journey .. and I relish that I am able to develop new resources that will be most helpful to beginners and those seeking to reconnect with their practice.
As a passionate advocate for meditation .. I know from my own experiences that a personal meditation practice can transform not only the individual, but continue to positively influence those around us, our family, friends, community and tribe (and possibly the world).
I am honoured to speak in corporate settings, on retreats, in small and large classes, individually or on-line.
