I sat down to write my first meditation course, way, way back in 2010. I called it Exploring Meditation as it followed, and was inspired, by my own journey to cultivate a sustainable and enjoyable daily practice. I shared that course in various studios and spaces for many years, when we gathered together on cushions, chairs and stools (that I carried in my car), and then for a few years it was something I offered online. Always evolving, listening and massaging the content.
Recently, I have again been revisiting and updating this course, in and around all the other things in life. I am feeling excited to offer this journey again.

The essence of this course comes from my deep passion for meditation, dating back to 2009 when I was called to begin sharing my practice with others. It draws upon my personal meditation journey of 30+ years, as well as insights I’ve gained as a meditation teacher over the last 15 years.
Welcome to Exploring Meditation a course crafted specifically for individuals either new to meditation or seeking to reignite their practice.
In today’s super fast-paced and noisy world, it’s not il uncommon to experience moments of overwhelm, stress, anxiety, and fatigue, often accompanied by a subtle yearning for greater presence and connection.
Meditation offers a proven path to alleviate these challenges and enhance overall well-being.
In our Exploring Meditation course, we’ll focus on a range of techniques rooted in Mindfulness and Mantra meditation. This approach allows you to discover the practice that resonates most with YOU, enabling you to tap into the benefits of a consistent meditation routine: heightened presence, clarity, calmness, and focus.
Over 40 days (or six weeks) you’ll join us for six live weekly sessions comprising practice sessions and Q&A opportunities. Additionally, you’ll receive a daily email containing practical instructions and guided audio practices. You’ll also have access to a downloadable Meditation Journal, providing space for recording thoughts, experiences, and insights.
By the end of the Exploring Meditation course, you’ll have gained a firm grasp of the fundamental aspects of meditation, the how and why, coupled with insights into both the art and science, so you have a sturdy foundation upon which to build and evolve your meditation practice.
