Meditation is an experiential practice. To experience meditation ..  requires commitment to regular home practice. In order to truly understand and develop your ability to meditate – you must DO IT.

While meditation is often sought as a stress relief tool, it is not always possible to attain a calm state of mind in just a matter of minutes, or by attending a couple of classes. To recognise and experience some of the widely acknowledged benefits of meditation, a consistent, persistent and gentle attention is highly recommended. We aim to provide as much information and guidance that we can to encourage you in starting a regular personal meditation practice.

With love, Sarah
