Meditation is an experiential practice. To experience meditation .. requires commitment to regular home practice. In order to truly understand and develop your ability to meditate – you must DO IT.
While meditation is often sought as a stress relief tool, it is not always possible to attain a calm state of mind in just a matter of minutes, or by attending a couple of classes. To recognise and experience some of the widely acknowledged benefits of meditation, consistent, persistent and gentle attention is highly recommended. We aim to provide as much information and guidance as we can to encourage you to start a regular personal meditation practice.
With love, Sarah
