JAN 19th (SUN): A TASTE OF MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS
Why are we hearing more and more about meditation? What is meditation, and equally, what is it not? Where to start? and what form might be ‘best‘? JOIN US for this Beginners workshop where we dive into the ‘how’ and the ‘why’, answer questions and begin a foundational mindfulness meditation practice. A practical, straightforward and non-religious approach; our classes are conducted with both chairs and floor cushions.

JAN 20th (MON) : MEDITATIVE EXERCISES
Learn some simple and immediate Meditative Exercises that can quickly and effectively release stress and tension .. when you need or want to! These exercises are also a wonderful starting point for a longer meditation. We shall explore a variety of Meditative Exercises that incorporate breath, body, and movement ~ and how to incorporate these exercises effortlessly into daily life.

FEB 16th (SUN): TEN BREATHS MEDITATION
A simple but profound practice that gently leads the mind to a deeper sense of stillness and spaciousness. An ancient practice rooted in the Zen tradition, that has been shared with other traditions over hundreds of years, providing a rich framework of instruction and variation. And, in recent scientific research has been found to improve meta-awareness, reduce mind wandering and improve mood. This practice is suitable for beginners or those seeking to refresh their commitment to practice.

FEB 23rd (SUN): A TASTE OF MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS

The Lounge is our online monthly subscription program that follows a Seasonal Calendar to guide our meditation, mindfulness and daily life rituals. Each month presents a range of practices to help us develop greater awareness of the seasonal changes occurring in our external world, so we might balance and harmonize their influence on our internal world .. our energy, mood, attitude, beliefs, thoughts, and choices.
