This is a lovely time to start meditating .. finding a cosy space (and legitimate reason) to step away from the busyness of life, wrap yourself in a warm shawl or blanket, light a candle to brighten the dark, and nourish with some true self-care practice, by tuning into your inner guide, to listen and reflect.

SEED MEDITATION

The SEED Meditation® Method (Simple, Easy, Every Day Meditation). First time available in Australia. The core elements of the method are breath awareness and silent sound meditation, both which direct your attention inward and help you to reconnect with your centre point of peace and enhance your wellbeing.

BOUNCY BODIES HAPPY MINDS

Combining invigorating and energising rebounding exercises (in a fun, happy and playful way) to release any tension or anxiety and tap into our happy hormone stores, with the quieter mindfulness of movement and seated practices to encourage the body and mind to naturally shift inward.

EXAM EASE

A new class program for STUDENTS in YEARS 10, 11 & 12 which will include: Movement: invigorating and energising rebounding and fitness boxing exercises to release tension or anxiety, and tap into happy hormone stores, and Mindfulness meditation: learning valuable exercises and tools to release worrying thoughts, anxiety, mental and emotional tension, find refuge and calmness in working with the breath, and promote a greater sense of wellbeing and positivity.

MEDITATION COLLECTIVE

Weekly guided meditation gathering that provides a warm and friendly space exploring a range of different meditation practices with a contemporary, inclusive and practical approach, along with visiting guest teachers and facilitators and a focus on calming, relaxing and effortless meditation.

EXPLORING MEDITATION (WINTER)

Our six-week foundation course that is ideal for those new to meditation or those seeking to reconnect with their practice. Each week will build on your learning, covering the key principles of most meditation practices, the ‘how’ and ‘why’, and also exploring a range of different meditation techniques .. so that you find the best practice for YOU!
