These exercises may only take a few minutes .. but by stepping away from the noise and busyness you are truly honouring your own wellbeing, allowing your mind and body to rest and refresh, and also developing greater self-awareness to your thoughts, feelings and behaviours which undermine your emotional, physical and spiritual health.
Being a mindful person is probably the best way to find balance in life.
When you are mindful you are truly living in the present moment, and this is where life is happening!
These guided exercises will take only FIVE MINUTES .. but they have immense power in bringing greater calm, ease and sense of connection to our life.
