The Seasonal Lounge is our online membership ‘lounge’ where we follow the energetic elements of the Earths seasons to guide and inspire our personal practices .. this is what we call ‘Seasonal Mindfulness’.

We start with the Seasonal Mindfulness Calendar which identifies three energetic elements for each Season .. along with a unique theme for each Month that will guide our meditation, mindfulness, and daily life rituals.

OUR THEME FOR APRIL IS HEARTFULNESS

Autumn is a natural time to shift inward. March, the first month of Autumn, explores the wisdom of Preparation with a mindful focus on Grounding practices. April, the second month of Autumn, is when the cooler and darker weather finds us spending more time indoors, engaging in quieter pursuits, reflecting on our metaphorical harvest, and listening to our heart – the theme for April is HEARTFULNESS.

During this darker and quieter time of Autumn, we are closer to hearing the whispers of our heart, and the qualities of kindness, gratitude, compassion and generosity; which will support us in opening our heart to deeper truths, emotions, memories, thoughts and beliefs.
